PURPOSE OF THIS ARCHIVE

This archive contains documentary evidence demonstrating the lawful activation
and continuous operation of trailer hire activities at 7 Cullen Court, Spotswood
VIC under:

Section 6(3) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (Vic), which states:
“The use of any land or building existing at the date when any provision of a 
planning scheme takes effect does not contravene the scheme.”

This evidence confirms:
✅ Lawful commencement date: 24 June 2025
✅ Continuous use since that date
✅ Alignment with lawful trailer hire and transport-related activities
✅ Operation consistent with TRZ2 zoning usage
✅ Ongoing transparency with regulators and the community

LEGAL POSITION

Spotswood Trailers has lawfully activated the TRZ2-zoned portion of 7 Cullen Court,
Spotswood for trailer hire operations. These operations are:

✅ Lawful under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (Vic)
✅ Transparent and documented
✅ Consistent with the principles of proper land stewardship and safety
✅ Protected under existing use rights should zoning or planning scheme
   provisions change in the future

We welcome any reasonable inquiries and remain committed to working
